What helps us

For a bug report, these details make it much easier to track down what happened:

• your iPhone model and iOS version
• your Kiseta version (shown at the bottom of the More tab)
• which screen you were on and what you were doing
• a screenshot, if you have one

Deleting your data

To remove shared information, leave your group from Family Sharing in the app. When the last member leaves, everything shared — including the photos — is deleted. To remove your account itself, use "Delete account" at the bottom of Family Sharing. If that does not work, please email us.

Purchases and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are decided by Apple, so please request one through Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
